Reservation Deposit

At the time of booking, the customer authorizes Game Warriors to charge a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted price to reserve the event. Please note that events booked online are intended for private small events with 20 participants or less. These pricing packages are not valid for larger groups or public events. If you are interested in discussing options for a large event, please contact us directly so we can ensure that we can provide you and your guests with an exceptional Game Warriors experience.

Payment Terms

The customer authorizes Game Warriors to charge the remaining invoice balance beginning 48 hours prior to the event. In many instances, the final payment is collected at the conclusion of your event.

Parking Policy

For Game truck Parties, before our arrival, please allocate 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) for the game trailer to park, ensuring it is free of hazards and foot traffic. To avoid damage to customer and Game Warriors property, we reserve the right to refuse to pull a game trailer onto customer property. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time.

A permit is only required if we need to park in a "No Parking" zone. Game Warriors trailers are no wider than any contractor or landscaper vehicle, and in most cases, parking outside the home at the curb is not an issue. If a parking permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for one.

Cancellation Policy

Because people often book parties well in advance, the customer recognizes that reserved times are in short supply. Therefore, should the customer request a cancellation within 21 days of the event or be a no-show for the event, the full remaining balance of the invoice will be due.

Returns

Game Warriors will make every reasonable effort to deliver party merchandise before the day of the event. For party packages booked less than 8 calendar days before the event, the customer understands that items may arrive after the event. All merchandise sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are offered.

Weather Policy

Game Warriors will make every reasonable attempt to deliver an event. The forecast of bad weather is not an exception to the cancellation policy. However, if an event is affected by unsafe weather conditions (such as tornado warnings, high winds, heavy snow, unsafe roads, or flooding), Game Warriors reserves the right to reschedule your event. No refund will be issued for this reschedule.

What is required to reserve my party?

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Game Warriors shows up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if available. Transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to the event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled event or where no one is present upon our arrival at the provided address by the client will be charged the full amount.

Can you come to parks?

Yes, we often host events in parks. When considering park locations, here are some important factors to take into account:

  • Are restroom facilities available?
    Please note that we do not provide restroom facilities.

  • Is it necessary to obtain a permit for the area?
    Game Warriors does not assume responsibility for securing any permits, licenses, or permissions required for park use.

  • Do you need to rent a pavilion or another specific structure or area?
    Parks may have varying regulations, but these are common considerations we've encountered when organizing events in park areas.

  • We are unable to park on grass or any soft surfaces.
